I have people asking me all the time exactly how it is I make money online. Without getting into too many details and too much technical explanation, I generally tell them that I sell things and I also promote things that other people sell. I’m usually met with looks of disbelief, and some usually even ask me “That’s all you do?” And I tell them, yes. It is a lot of work, and it’s not just pushing a button and collecting the cash, but it’s a lot easier than working for someone else. I can work the hours that I want to, I can go out when I want, I wear whatever I feel like wearing to work in (including my pajamas!) and I work from home.
A little less often, people ask me how they can do what I do. I usually tell them the easiest way it to be an affiliate, that is, to be the middleman between someone that wants something and someone that’s selling that something. It only takes a little bit of technical knowledge (not much, though — if you can turn on your computer, you can learn how to do this!).
The easiest way to make a bunch of cash in a relatively short time, though, is to piggyback on the people that are selling the information on how to make money on the internet. The internet marketing area is a very fast-paced, very exciting, and very LUCRATIVE field, and if you’re just starting out, it can be the easiest path to your first few dollars earned online.
It’s very simple to learn, and I’ve taught a handful of people. However, I’ve found a video series that lays it out in such simple terms that even a kid could understand it.
